الدهمة يتحدث عن تحديات وإنجازات موسم الحج
أكد الأستاذ عبدالرحمن الدهمة، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة الدهمة، أن موسم الحج لهذا العام كان من أصعب المواسم التي مرت عليه خلال الـ 16 عامًا الماضية.
وعلى الرغم من التحديات الكبيرة التي واجهتها الشركة، تمكنت بفضل خبرتها الواسعة في مجال السياحة الدينية من اجتياز الموسم بسلام، مما يعكس قدرتها على التعامل مع الظروف الصعبة بكفاءة عالية.
وأشار الدهمة إلى أن التطور الكبير الذي شهدته المملكة العربية السعودية والاستعدادات التي قامت بها خلال هذا الموسم، والتي قد سهلت كثيرًا من الأمور على الحجاج.
وأثنى الدهمة على الجهود المبذولة من قبل المملكة لتحسين وتسهيل خدمات الحج، مما ساهم في تيسير مناسك الحج على الحجاج من مختلف دول العالم.
وفي معرض حديثه عن التحديات التي واجهت الحجاج المصريين، أشار الدهمة إلى أن حالات الوفيات الكثيرة بين الحجاج المصريين وبعض الأمور غير المنضبطة كانت نتيجة بعض الشركات الوهمية والسماسرة الذي قاموا بإستخراج تأشيرات زيارة لمن يرغب في الحج، ولم يلتزموا بتعليمات وزارة السياحة.
وأكد أن وزارة السياحة أصدرت تعليمات بناءً على توجيهات وزارة الحج والعمرة السعودية، والتي تم تعميمها على شركات السياحة، بضرورة التواصل مع الخدمة الميدانية “المطوف” التابع لشركة السياحة وغرفة عمليات مكتب شؤون الحج السياحي المصري في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة. ويهدف هذا التواصل إلى الإبلاغ عن أي حالات عدم مغادرة أو تغيب، مما يتيح لوزارة السياحة إخطار البعثة الرسمية للحج بأي تطورات.
ووجه الدهمة شكره لكل العملاء، قائلاً: “بإسم مسؤولي وعاملي ومشرفي شركة الدهمة للسياحة، نشكركم من داخل قلوبنا على كلامكم الجميل في حق الشركة وفي حق مشرفي الرحلة، والذي سيظل في قلوبنا وسيكون دافعًا لنا لبذل المزيد من أجل خدمة وإسعاد ضيوف بيت الله الحرام. فهذه الدعوات التي خرجت من القلوب أفضل من مال الدنيا كله”.
وفي ختام كلامه، أكد الدهمة أن هدفه هو الوصول إلى قمة النجاح في مجال السياحة الدينية، وأن الشركة تقوم يومًا بعد يومٍ بفتح مقرات جديدة وتعيين فرق عمل على أعلى مستوى من الخبرة والكفاءة لتحقيق هذا الهدف، وهذه الجهود تعكس إلتزام مجموعة شركات الدهمة بتقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن وضمان راحتهم وسلامتهم خلال أداء مناسك الحج والعمرة.
